Great idea. Very relevant in the UK with a new series on the BBC about the Time Lord "Dr Who". I feel a science-fiction service coming on that will get over some God-facts. The first part of the sketch is a little long, I'd like to see more development of creation unfolding. I love the "anomaly" - so Star Trek - a good running gag.

A 10 on the space ratings continuum (Rated by: Michael) Posted July 24 2004

Rating: 10

Excellent. Where I come from the concept of the creator God needs defending - well done. The skit is only as funny as you make it, throw those space crew around the stage, ham it up with the false danger and technobabble and it will be a success. Watch a couple of old TV startreks and really satire them, it will work, or do Buzz Light Year.

it kinda just says what every kid already knows. how God created teh earth.. theirs no learning oppertunity for them... it might have some funny parts but i dont teach my sunday school class just to laugh also to share Christ but i found out they hate it when i do the basics

I'd like to think this script was as funny as the author certainly thinks it is. Whoever you are, try spending some time with real kids on their schedule. I gaurentee you they will not find this funny at all. (And the message is weak.)

As a confessed STN (Star Trek Nerd), I was laughing at all the references. If I can only get my son to watch the show!!! This is so much fun, and a great antidote to what's on TV these days!
