Description: Grandpa gets a lesson on giving. He baits the teacher by saying you have to "give a little, and take a little". When the teacher falls for the trap, he then shows him a thing or two about teaching, and how to get along with mashed potatoes.

Its hard to find skits about giving for young children. We try to follow the pastor's sermon so giving comes us at least once a year. Thanks!

Id like to adapt it a little to use for a lesson about Abraham, how God asked from him the most special thing in his life.

this is pretty funny. I would like to see more meat to the story. Since puppet shows are so short make sure your meaning is very clear and hit it several times. Maybe consider bumpin up your age to 7 also. I like grandpa. I also like the puppet/non puppet combo. thank you
