Look At Me: I'm Saved

Description: The script is divided into 2 parts. In the first part, Tim tries to have extra birthday parties because they're so much fun. In part 2, he learns how the angels have a party whenever someone gets saved so he brings his friends also.

Saved when accepting Jesus (Rated by: Christie) Posted May 13 2005

Rating: 9

Some children accept Jesus at a very young age. Before understanding baptism. It's an excellent script & I believe anybody can be saved after just one church visit. Somebody might have been praying for years & the Holy Spirit might've worked in that persons life before the visit. Will be using script 2morrow (13 May '05) & will keep you posted.
I'm looking for something a little more realistic (Rated by: Teri) Posted July 13 2004

I'm sorry but I don't think that any kid will respond to "born-again" so much like Nicodemus did. and then to become born again after one church visit. I don't know most of these plays are just too preachy or to obvious or unrealistic. Keep trying
Hey, I'm adapting this one for me! (Rated by: Markus Wolf) Posted April 15 2003

I remember a kids tract called, "The Boy with Two Birthdays" or something like that. I couldn't find it, to adapt it into a script, but apparently you already have. But what is fairy cake? I can't figure out if it is in reference to being in heaven or some Australian food. I'm using Angel Food Cake instead. [Ed: OK ... there's now a pic of Fairy Bread in the script, but you can use whatever you want really]
Fairy Bread? (Rated by: David Marriott) Posted March 19 2003

Whatever, I liked it. Ok, I admit, it was a scream, I loved it. Fairy Bread, what is not to love about Fairy Bread?
Celebration & Fortitude (Rated by: Hank Brooks) Posted October 15 2002

I liked the idea of celebrating being "born again". Kids definately identify with birthday parties and celebrating. Jim, I think the 1 Rating the other person gave you is a good example that writers must have fortiutde and a "tough skin". We will never please all the people all the time. Keep up the good work!!

Please, let's not start a theological debate here. If you want to use the script but disagree with its theology, just change the script. The script itself is pretty good!
