Creation - The Real Story About Where We Come From

Description: Six Australian animals (substitute others if you wish) discuss evolution and creation frankly and simply. A good evangelistic tool as it shows God and church are cool and not boring, and that evolution is wrong.

I wish I could rate 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 + on this. It explains how DUMB evoulution is.

Well written - movement & not lengthy scientific dialogue - just enough basic facts to equip children to understand the folly of evolution without being sidetracked by inconsequential popular arguments. Kids need to start with a basic understanding and this script meets that need. Would be good to have a series.

Balances the action well between the five characters. Lots of humor too.

It's a shame the story is not continued

I write for a puppet ministry in Terre Haute, IN. I was just checking out other people's ideas for the creation story. This one made me smile.

I really liked this skit. Very well written. I very much believe in creation, however there is no documentation to support that the creation took place in a 'literal' 144 hour period. In fact, most ancient calendars marked '1 day' from sunrise to sunset. Which is considerably shorter than our current chronology. Otherwise, Great!!!

Some great things for children to think about concerning creation and their Creator. Things that kids can simply understand on this importatnt issue. Thanks.

Despite what an earlier comment says, this is both Biblically and Scientifically sound. I am not sure though if using puppets is the best way to teach this subject.

This play really needs to concentrate more on the satanic influence of dinosaurs. Christians are in denial about the dinosaur problem.
Make fools of your kids. (Rated by: Jeannette Jaquish) Posted September 23 2002

Day 1 =light, plants Day 3, Sun Day 4??? Doesn't Sun create light and plants? Birds before land animals??? Describes Big Bang like poof! everything appears. God positioned Earth perfectly for life?? or did life evolve on this planet (out of billions) because it was in the right place? Kids spouting this sound like babbling fools.
Impossible (Rated by: A deist) Posted May 6 2004

It isn't impossible for the event in the play to happen, just extremely unlikely.
