My wife and I plan on doing this play very soon. We'll let you know so you can be an observer!

| I like this play but what if you can't sing? Is it okay to rap?

I like the message and stuff. When we did it we weren't ready and were assembling puppets during the show (really embarrassing) and then ZONKS the play got us (please assemble before, yada yada). PS: One Question: What does J. Edgar Hoover look like and where can I buy a pre-made puppet(I don't have all the time in the world like some people)

I'd love to see this performed by Lee Hazlewood and Nancy Sinatra! Maybe you could have Emmanuel Lewis do the MLK parts. I bet this play goes down well with "ethnic" audiences! I'm definately going to experiment with this one.

I love balladeering, but this gets a 7 for 3 reasons (10-7=3): 1. Mark Twain's message about San Francisco shares equal time with Jesus?; 2. J. Edgar Hoover has nothing to do with a Christian play; 3. Puppeteers who can't sing are given no indication where we might be able to get a "karaoke" tape which we could use instead. But it's fun. Yes.

Where was the Al Sharpton puppet? I think that you could rewrite this one and fit my friend Al in somehow.

THE PRINCE OF PEACE with those other mortals? Who is the YNMP anyway? I don't understand this play nor do I see why kids would enjoy it. I agree with Bob, an Al Sharpton puppet would not be out of place in this one.
