I agree with the commemt from Bernard from a few years ago--good ideas to build on, and let grow. I think I will give the puppet a little more credit, and help him "understand" more. Thanks

Inaccurate Biblically (Rated by: Anonymous) Posted October 21 2007

This script desperately needs to be "fixed' to be accurate with the Genesis story. I would also like to see it give he Seventh DAY it's full value. And GOD BLESSED THE 7th Day and Hallowed it." HERE is a perfect place to develop the thought for children regarding God's desire for companionship with Him and with others on His Hallowed Day. :)

Not to happy with Hellen's last remark to Danny: "Can't you get anything right?" Seems a little condesending and harsh.

I love the way you bring creation into the hearts and minds of our 4 year old sunday school class.

Easy to do successfully! Our first performance and it was a hit with the kids! Thanks so much!

Thanks - I liked the idea and can think of other applications of the same principle of misunderstandings leading to understanding. Also appreciated the humour at which young children will chuckle, teens groan, and adults wryly smile. With a little adaptation it will work in many cultural contexts.

What a cute way to teach about creation. If you're like me you've taught it so many times, this is a great skit to review.

I have used this script and it was great. By the way, she didn't need to talk about the "Satanic influence" of dinosaurs because God created them. Leviathan and Bohemath (sps) were dinosaurs like it or not. Science is Biblical.
On what day did the Lord create dinosaurs? (Rated by: ) Posted April 9 2003

Again, a creation script which ignores the dinosaur problem. Wake up America! Dinosaurs are enticing our children to sin! No wonder morality is declining in this country. Jurassic Park is not funny!!

I teach preschool at a church and do chapel with the kids every Wed. and this was one of the best scripts I have done with them. They were all laughing and joining in with the puppets and it really kept their attention. It was great!
cute! (Rated by: saturn gal) Posted May 17 2002

Hey! this is great for holding a childs atention, but the ending is a little mean, don't you think?

good job but I don't care for the negative impact to the puppet at the end.

I did this play with my large hand puppet (she has legs) sitting on my lap. It worked well and got a lot of laughs. Thanks!
