We used this script for an outreach event in a needy area of our town. Good number of unchurched folk present and wonderful opportunity to present clear and simple Christian message. Loved by children and adults alike. God Bless.

I was asked to do a puppet sketch at Easter for our Early Learners church group. I think this one is very clear in it's message, and straightforward to perform.

I'm so excited! Our Junior Church is going to perform this for the adult church for Easter. Afterward we will sing an appropriate Easter song.

I like the characterization and the plot build up. Write more next time. Also, this has a nice format.

Would have given it a 10 but it needs something at the end i.e and thats not all, there is more,Christ rose from the dead and is alive today.Just take a look what the Bible says.

Quite nice but I would have like to see the end a little more emphatic about what christ has done to save us rather than ending at easter is about the cross.(What happened on the cross?)

Too much emphasis on eggs, and not enough on Jesus and the cross.

This is an awesome script, nice and easy to understand, very creative and keeps the kids on their toes!! Especially towards the end. Although, when i was practising the cutting along the long edge it didn't work, so i tried the short edge and it did.

A great idea and I got email permission to modify. Added more info and made it specific to our church and kids. So many of the scripts I read are difficult to work with, but the kids immediately 'got' this.

We used this last year at our Easter Egg Hunt and everyone loved it. We set up one of our stations for the children to learn to fold and decorate a cross like in the script. It was so much fun for the little ones that we are using it again this year.

This could be a ten if the ending included not just the cross but a risen Christ!

We did this play last night at our monthly outreach games night for children 5-12years. It was fantastic and kept all the childrens' attention. A simple message reinforced by a simple, but effective visual aid. Thanks for a play that was great for Christian and nonChristians alike. Well done.

This brings today's common objects back to the cross. Loved the object lesson. 2 in 1!

Also a suitable tool for an easter story for very young children. Very creative and interesting.

Nice script and great message. (Rated by: Anonymous) Posted September 25 2004

The idea what's Easter is all about has been used just like what's Christmas all about. This is a question that is used over and over. There is a need for more scripts that have a more creative aproach to Easter and Christmas. The message is great and the ending is powerful. Overall the script is good.

I thought that this skit would work well in connection with a Easter Egg hunt as an outreach into our community. It has few people needed so for a small church it should work.
